Physical stock returns / refunds

If you have incorrectly ordered an item and would like to return it we will happily give you a refund as store credit, as long as the product is unopened and in its original packaging, and retuned to TCC at your cost  

 

Pre-order stock refunds

If you have pre-ordered an item and have changed your mind or no longer want to wait for it to arrive please let us know and we will give you a refund as store credit.

Inability to supply product

If we are unable to fulfil your order as the item is withdrawn from sale by the manufacturer / discontinued / production issues, we will issue you a full refund  

Products with missing parts

If you have received an item that has missing parts, please contact the manufacturer of the set directly before contacting us. Most manufacturers are more than happy to organise replacement parts or kits directly. If you do encounter a problem with a manufacturer or have hit a dead end, please let us know and we’ll help.

Incorrectly sent products

If you have received an item that was sent incorrectly, please contact us and we will fix the problem
