AK-722 Dark Tracks

This AK Interactive Dark Tracks paint pot contains 17ml of AK Interactive Acrylic Dark Tracks.

Use "Dark Tracks" for tracks of operational vehicles.Use in combination AK-722 and AK-723 "Dry Light Mud" for the most realistic tracks of vehicles in use.Use alone or mix with other acrylic paints to obtain a different color. Just shake it and use it directly in the airbrush or by brush.It can be easily thinned with our specific acrylic thinner or water if necessary.

A true colour reflects more light the more surface it covers, resulting in a lighter colour, but the oposite happens when the area covered is smaller. Therefore, painting a full size tank and a miniature model with the same colour, gives an unpleasant effect, becuase the miniature tank seems much darker, having less surface to reflect light. Example picture above.
