Returns Policy

 

Physical stock returns / refunds

If you have incorrectly ordered an item and would like to return it

  • there is a 20% restocking fee
  • we will not refund any freight charges incurred in sending the item back to us
  • any money left over is allocated as store credit
  • returns are accepted if they are received back within 14 days of our being notified of a problem
  • returns must be in their original packaging and sealed in their original wrapper or they will not be accepted

Pre-order stock refunds

If you have pre-ordered an item and have changed your mind or no longer want to wait for it to arrive. Some manufacturers do not release items on the date they say they are going to release them. We try and warn you if this is the case.

It is your responsibility to understand the way the pre-order system works – you order the items, it arrives when it arrives (which is completely out of our control), and we send it to you. The pre-order system does not work as follows: you order the items, can’t wait any longer, see it somewhere else and demand your money back leaving us with extra stock.

  • there is a 10% refund fee to cover the accounting fees and staff time to set up and refund your order
  • any money left over is allocated as store credit

Inability to supply product

If we are unable to fulfil your order as the item is withdrawn from sale by the manufacturer / discontinued / production issues, we will issue a full refund at your request without any restocking fees

Products with missing parts

If you have received an item that has missing parts, please contact the manufacturer of the set directly before contacting us. Most manufacturers are more than happy to organise replacement parts or kits directly. If you do encounter a problem with a manufacturer or have hit a dead end, please let us know and we’ll help.

Incorrectly sent products

If you have received an item that was sent incorrectly, please contact us and we will fix the problem
