The Launceston Gaming Club caters to gamers from Launceston and surrounding areas of Tasmania. They have a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, and are open to players of all ages and skill levels. New members and guests are welcome.
What do you play?
LGC plays Flames of War, Warmachine/Hordes, Warhammer Fantasy & 40K, Malifaux, Infinity as main systems, with players gearing up for Dropzone Commander, Dystopian Wars and Uncharted Seas as well.
They’ve also blown the dust off several older games like BloodBowl and Necromunda, so they get a look-in once in a while. Board and card games are also popular.

What's the vibe of the club? Do you do tournaments or just relaxed gaming?
Most of the gaming is casual, with players organising games in advance on the forum, and campaigns taking place as people are keen.
Tournaments are run on a regular basis and attract players from across the state.
